-
Discover the secret to making every minute count and achieving real transformation with our Primary Shift framework. Your Primary Shift is like the thesis statement of your event, and helps you decide what content to include, and what to eliminate, so you make the most of the time you have.
-
Join organization development consultant, leadership coach, learning architect, and award-winning musician Gary Muszynski for an immersive experience weaving together story, metaphor, mindfulness, and music-making. This heart-warming and thought-provoking session will demonstrate how leaders and change agents can design holistic, culture-shaping experiences that amplify joy and creativity and instill a vibrant sense of well-being and belonging.
-
In the workplace, decisions shape our workload, our morale, and our impact, which is why we're always striving to make better ones. However, the absence of a common language and approach to individual and shared decision making can lead to time wasted thinking and talking in circles.
Stanford trained decision engineer and executive coach Michelle Florendo teaches you how to use principles from decision engineering to make better decisions with less stress and more clarity. Participants will have a chance to work through real-life decisions as they learn key concepts.
In this workshop, participants will learn:
- What many people get wrong about what makes for a good decision, and how you can use that insight to make decisions faster
- How to break any decision down into its three core components, so that you can more easily identify how to get unstuck
- A framework that allows you to feel confident about your decisions and bring others on board
-
Experience a short freestyle and interactive mindful movement session based on the premise that how we move changes how we feel - and learn skills that support improved mental, physical and social health.
-
Hear success stories and lessons learned from internal leaders at innovative companies who are redefining offsites. Apply principles, approaches and mindsets to your own design, and get a chance to ask your burning questions.
Hear from Brandon Sammut, Chief People Officer at Zapier about how to maximize in-person offsites at remote-first companies and Aditi Chakravarty, Chief Culture Officer at Berkeley Lab about creating successful hybrid offsites.
-
This informal session will close out our day and give you a chance to continue connecting with this inspiring community while DJ’s Adam Rosendahl of Late Nite Art and JP Labrosse of The Mindful Movement Initiative take you on a musical journey. You are invited to gather and groove while deepening relationships and noshing on delicious appetizers.
