A day-long learning retreat for offsite organizers and leaders who want to go beyond the ordinary to inspire their teams

Tired of the same old offsite routine that costs a lot of money and doesn't produce meaningful results?

Especially in this era when teams are remote, hybrid and distributed, you can't afford to waste the precious opportunity to gather together in-person.

Let’s ditch the cheesy team-building clichés, never ending presentations, and generic motivational speakers.

Instead, step out of your day-to-day to reimagine the offsite paradigm with us, and recharge with a community of passionate experience designers who want to evolve their craft.

Upskill your internal team with innovative approaches to offsite design that unleash creativity and make the mundane magical.

In this highly experiential retreat, we're diving deep into the art and science of crafting offsites that go beyond the ordinary. It’s a meta experience where we will be pulling back the curtain to reveal what we’re doing while we’re doing it, so you can do it too. 😃

At this Offsite, you will:

  • Participate in immersive experiences by offsite pioneers who are changing the game.

  • Learn by doing, and gain tools to immediately refresh and upgrade your offsite design.

  • Hear success stories from internal leaders who are redefining offsites.

  • Exchange best practices and explore challenges with fellow participants.

You will walk away with:

  • Actionable insights, frameworks and tools to make every moment count

  • Inspiration and fresh ideas to wow your team and keep them engaged

  • An opportunity to vet potential vendors you may want to work with in the future

  • A community of fellow offsite designers and leaders who want to shake up the status quo.

PREVIOUS OFFSITE FOR OFFSITE SESSIONS INCLUDE:

  • Discover the secret to making every minute count and achieving real transformation with our Primary Shift framework. Your Primary Shift is like the thesis statement of your event, and helps you decide what content to include, and what to eliminate, so you make the most of the time you have.

  • In a hybrid world, employees are missing “community” at work. But how, exactly, do we facilitate that happening? Join master facilitator Adam Rosendahl from the Late Nite Art Method®, a creative learning and development lab based in San Francisco, for this highly interactive session around how to accelerate connection and collaboration in a hybrid workforce.

    Attendees will take away:

🌟 Creative tools and techniques to quickly build trust, collaboration, and connection

🌟 Meaningful new connections with other leaders

🌟 An unforgettable experience that demonstrates the power of creativity to bridge divides

  • Reflect on your unique approach to leadership, creativity, and collaboration through a living medium: flowers. Through a blend of hands-on practice and meaningful discussion you’ll learn how the principles of floral arranging can inspire new perspectives on problem solving, team dynamics and your creative process.

  • Uncover the powerful link between play and professional growth through interactive demos, engaging exercises and thought-provoking games. You'll experience first hand how embracing uncertainty can become a cornerstone of courageous leadership. Whether you're looking to enhance your leadership skills, build resilience in the face of uncertainty, or simply bring a fresh perspective to your team's dynamics, this session will equip you with the tools and insights to lead with confidence and creativity.

  • Hear success stories and lessons learned from internal leaders at innovative companies who are redefining offsites. Apply principles, approaches and mindsets to your own design, and get a chance to ask your burning questions.
